Silage scraper pushing model (KSDW)

With this scraper the sand can be shove and also pushed to the side. Because the rubber is placed far from the coupling point, the slide can reach on the silage pit. This large distance is the big difference with respect to the Terrain and Road Scrapers. However, the KSDW can still be used as a terrain scraper, for example to keep the yard mud and snow free.

Description

The KSDW is left and right slewable with two heavy cylinders. This allows the sand to be moved well. As a protection for the cylinders, the silage scraper is supplied with an pressure relief valve as standard.

Secondly, the beam with the rubber of the scraper can oscillate with respect to the frame, so there is always an optimal bottom adjustment, which results in the rubber wears evenly. The scraper will therefore also adapt to the silage pit on the surface, so that all sand is pushed along.

Available in 2 versions:

  • KSDWS – rubber 2.200*400*40 mm
  • KSDWL – rubber 2.800*500*50 mm

With the KSDWS the rubber is placed 1,600 mm from the coupling point, with the KSDWL this distance is 2,000 mm.

The KSDWS is suitable as a machine on a mini loader, the KSDWL is suitable for wheel loaders, tractors and telehandlers (for the attachment parts, see the document: Kemp attachment parts).
